Internal Cloud Computing Meeting
Introduction
Dear colleagues
In end 2009, IDA and IBM signed a MOU to form IBM Cloud Lab Singapore, which seeks to promote and accelerate the adoption of cloud computing and associated business models through conducting applied R&D to solve challenges and issues identified by users from government and industry. This lab provides an integrative capability that creates and prototypes innovative and useful real world repeatable “first-of-its-kind” innovative solutions required by the industry, thereby hastening the harnessing of research results and deployment, and shortening the timeframe to adoption.
To share cloud computing technologies in the public sector, we are organising an internal cloud meeting. It aims to share the latest innovation in the cloud computing technologies with a view to broaden the knowledge of the IT communities and will also provide an avenue for the participants to bring interesting cloud computing problems to discuss & address. Coordinates are as follow.
