Keynote speeches of the SC 2004 as well the SC Global track to the Singapore
community directly LIVE from Pittsburgh, USA.

1) Keynote Address

The SC2004 Keynote will be given by Tom West, President and CEO of
National LambdaRail, Inc., a national effort comprising of members and associates from across the
country focused on implementing and operating a national network infrastructure
to serve the needs of the advanced research community. His talk is entitled NLR:
Providing the Nationwide Network Infrastructure for Network and Big Science Research.
He will discuss how NLR came into being, what it is comprised of, and how it
is being initially used.

2) Opening Comments for SC Global and Keynote
